Being healthy is something that I care about a lot!
I try to have good eating habits and exercise everyday.
I can't deny that sometimes I eat stuff that I regret but I think that I will get better and be stronger when tempted with "bad food" and do exercise to burn the calories I ate!
I am learning to be more healthy and eat the right things, and lately doing exercise at home on my mini-stepper, I burn a lot of cals.
